How many free samples can I order?
Up to five swatches per order, free and posted first class. Pick the shades you are torn between rather than a whole collection — five on the windowsill is genuinely easier to judge than twenty.
How long do samples take to arrive?
Usually two to three working days by first-class post. There is nothing to pay and nobody will chase you afterwards.
Why does the colour look different on my screen?
Every screen renders colour its own way, and a north-facing room drains warmth out of a shade that looked warm on a phone. That is the whole reason we post swatches — judge it on the actual window, in daylight and again in the evening.
Samples or a home appointment — which is better?
Samples are ideal if you are still narrowing down colours in your own time. The appointment is better once you are close: the advisor brings the full range, holds the real fabrics against your windows, measures properly and leaves you a written price. Both are free, and plenty of people do samples first and book afterwards.
Can you post me a brochure?
Yes, free and first class, with the ranges shown room by room. Tell us where to send it and it goes out with the next post.
Is fitting included in the price?
Yes. The quote you are given covers the product, the fitting and the guarantee. Your fitter hangs everything, checks the operation with you and takes the packaging away.
