How it's made
How a roman blind works
Tap a number to see what each part does, and what you'll be choosing at your appointment.
1. Headrail
Sits behind a fabric-covered top, so nothing mechanical shows.
Your advisor brings samples of every option to your window, so you can see and feel them before you choose.
Why this range
What Denby does well
01
Built as roman blinds
Cut and finished as roman blinds for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
4 colourways to compare
Colour behaves differently in north light, in the evening and against your walls. Pick the ones you like here and your advisor brings those exact swatches to the visit.
03
Chosen for real rooms
Customers most often put this range in living room blinds — which is a better guide than any spec sheet.
Style notes
What Denby is like, and where it works
Denby is a floral print fabric in soft, muted tones on a cream background. The photos here show it made up as eyelet curtains rather than a Roman blind, hanging in loose folds that suit a relaxed, lived-in living room.
A cream ground covered with a painterly floral and leaf print in soft grey, lilac-blue, taupe and muted olive, with fine black outline detailing on the leaves giving it a hand-painted, watercolour feel.

- oak or pale wood flooring
- plain linen or cotton upholstery
- muted grey or neutral wall colours
Ideas for your home
Made-to-measure curtains for a country-style living room
Suits a room with wooden or neutral flooring and simple furniture, where the soft floral print can be the main pattern in the space.
The muted colourway sits well against pale walls and natural materials without overwhelming the room.
Made-to-measure curtains for a relaxed bedroom
Works well in a bedroom with warm neutral walls and simple bedding, letting the leaf print add gentle pattern and colour.
The soft, dusty tones make an easy backdrop for a calm bedroom scheme.
- The photos on this listing show the fabric made up as curtains, not the Roman blind style stated in the listing.
- The palette combines soft greys, lilac-blue, taupe and muted olive on a cream ground, matching the Pastel and Clay colourways.
- Free fabric samples can be posted out so you can check the colours and print scale against your own room before ordering.

Questions we get asked
It is listed as a Roman blind range, though the images we have on file currently show the fabric made up as curtains. An advisor can bring the actual fabric sample to your home appointment to discuss it as a blind.
The range is offered in Pastel, Clay, Coral and Mustard, all built around the same cream ground with a floral and leaf print picked out in muted tones.
You can request up to five free fabric samples by post, or arrange a free home appointment where an advisor brings the range to you along with a written price.
A local advisor visits your home with samples, measures every window precisely and quotes on the spot. Once you're happy, our fitter installs them at a time that suits you — measuring and fitting are included free.
Lead times depend on the range, fabric and any customisation. Your advisor will confirm an exact lead time at the measuring appointment so you know precisely when to expect installation.
Yes — every made-to-measure blind, shutter and motor comes with a 1-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
Yes. Pick up to 5 colours you'd like to see and your local advisor will bring those exact swatches to your free home visit so you can see and feel them in your own light. They'll also bring a full range on the day if you'd like to compare more.
