How vertical blinds work
Tap a number to see what each part does, and what you'll be choosing at your appointment.
1. Headrail
Each louvre clips to a carrier in the headrail, which turns them all together and draws them along.
Your advisor brings samples of every option to your window, so you can see and feel them before you choose.
Why this range
What Starlit does well
01
Built as vertical blinds
Cut and finished as vertical blinds for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
4 colourways to compare
Colour behaves differently in north light, in the evening and against your walls. Pick the ones you like here and your advisor brings those exact swatches to the visit.
03
Chosen for real rooms
Customers most often put this range in bi fold door blinds, patio door blinds — which is a better guide than any spec sheet.
Style notes
What Starlit is like, and where it works
Starlit is a vertical blind in a diffused, light-filtering weave, made to measure for wide windows, patio doors and bi-fold doors. The louvres soften daylight into a gentle, even glow while still allowing the slats to rotate for privacy. Available in four neutral shades from pale cream through to black.
A soft-draping vertical blind with a diffused, almost translucent weave, shown in a pale cream and a charcoal grey. The finish has a gentle sheen and lets light filter through in soft vertical bands rather than blocking it.

Ideas for your home
Made-to-measure vertical blinds for a patio door
Suits a living room with pale walls and warm neutral furnishings, where soft diffused light is welcome through wide glazing.
The diffused weave takes the glare off large glass doors without shutting the room away from the garden.
Made-to-measure vertical blinds for a bi-fold door
Works well in a kitchen diner with bi-fold doors onto a garden, where the louvres can be angled through the day as the light moves.
Vertical louvres are practical for wide door openings, sliding aside cleanly when the doors are opened.
Made-to-measure vertical blinds for a home office
Suits a home office with a darker, more graphic palette, where a deep charcoal or black adds definition against pale walls.
The darker diffused shades give a more considered, tailored look to a working room with a large window.
- The diffused fabric filters light rather than blocking it, so it is not intended as a blackout option.
- Vertical louvres are well suited to wide openings such as patio and bi-fold doors, as they stack neatly to one or both sides.
- Available in four neutral shades, from Cream Diffused through to Black Diffused, so you can match the depth of tone to the room.
