Questions we get asked
Yes, this range is listed in a single shade, Soft Yellow. If you want to see how it looks in your own room, you can order a free fabric sample or arrange a home appointment where an advisor brings the swatch to you.
The tone is a soft, muted yellow rather than a strong or acid shade, so it tends to read as warm rather than overpowering. Ordering a free sample lets you judge this against your own walls and light.
Soft Yellow works well as an accent in kitchens, children's bedrooms, and home offices, particularly where walls and furniture are pale or neutral and the room would benefit from a gentle lift of colour.
A local advisor visits your home with samples, measures every window precisely and quotes on the spot. Once you're happy, our fitter installs them at a time that suits you — measuring and fitting are included free.
Lead times depend on the range, fabric and any customisation. Your advisor will confirm an exact lead time at the measuring appointment so you know precisely when to expect installation.
Yes — every made-to-measure blind, shutter and motor comes with a 1-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
