How it's made
How pencil pleat curtains work
Tap a number to see what each part does, and what you'll be choosing at your appointment.
1. Gathered heading
A band of tape across the top is drawn up by cords into tight, even gathers.
Your advisor brings samples of every option to your window, so you can see and feel them before you choose.
Why this range
What Roost does well
01
Built as pencil pleat curtains
Cut and finished as pencil pleat curtains for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
2 colourways to compare
Colour behaves differently in north light, in the evening and against your walls. Pick the ones you like here and your advisor brings those exact swatches to the visit.
03
Measured and fitted by us
One team measures, makes and installs. If something isn't right, there's nobody to pass you on to — we come back and sort it.
Style notes
What Roost is like, and where it works
Roost is a plain, softly textured fabric range from the Calm Living collection, available as roman blinds, pencil pleat curtains and pinch pleat curtains. Shown in two neutral shades, it has a flecked, linen-look weave that suits calm, uncluttered rooms and pairs easily with natural materials and pale woodwork.
A plain, softly flecked weave in neutral tones, with a linen-like texture visible up close and a matt, understated finish in both the blind and curtains shown.
