Why this range
What Gossamer does well
01
Built as blind screen®
Cut and finished as blind screen® for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
15 colourways to compare
Colour behaves differently in north light, in the evening and against your walls. Pick the ones you like here and your advisor brings those exact swatches to the visit.
03
Measured and fitted by us
One team measures, makes and installs. If something isn't right, there's nobody to pass you on to — we come back and sort it.
Style notes
What Gossamer is like, and where it works
Gossamer is a pleated screen fabric fitted within a slim frame, sitting flush to the window rather than hanging like a traditional blind. It has a fine, textured pleat that softens light without blocking the view entirely, and works well on modern glazing including doors and sliding windows.
A fine, close-pleated fabric screen in soft grey tones, with a subtle vertical rib texture rather than the slatted look of a venetian blind.

The fine texture and neutral tone sit quietly against white units and stone or granite surfaces.
Made-to-measure pleated screens for a contemporary bedroom
Works well on a large bedroom window or sliding door, framed in dark aluminium, where the pleat diffuses garden or street light in the evening.
The screen fits flush within the window frame, keeping the sill clear for a lamp or plants.
Made-to-measure pleated screens for a home office
Suits a study window that needs glare softened during the day while still letting in a good amount of daylight.
The fine ribbed texture gives gentle, even diffusion across the glass.
- Fits flush within the window recess, which suits modern glazing such as sliding doors and aluminium-framed windows.
- Available in a range of greys, neutrals and metallic-look finishes as well as some patterned and striped options.
