Why this range
What Nimbus does well
01
Built as cafe style shutters
Cut and finished as cafe style shutters for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
Chosen for real rooms
Customers most often put this range in bathroom shutters, bay window shutters, bedroom shutters — which is a better guide than any spec sheet.
03
Measured and fitted by us
One team measures, makes and installs. If something isn't right, there's nobody to pass you on to — we come back and sort it.
Style notes
What Nimbus is like, and where it works
Nimbus is a plantation shutter range finished in a pale blue, shown here fitted tier on tier in a bay window. The louvres tilt to control light and privacy while the solid panel construction gives a tailored, structured look to the window.
A soft powder blue solid colour with a smooth painted finish, shown as louvred plantation shutters with wide slats.

Ideas for your home
Made-to-measure shutters for a coastal-style bay window
A bay window with plenty of natural light, pale walls and soft furnishings in blush and grey, the sort of room where a tier on tier shutter suits both privacy and daylight control.
The tier on tier option lets the top and bottom sections open independently, useful for a bay with a view worth keeping.
Made-to-measure shutters for a bright bedroom
A calm bedroom with light walls and simple furniture, where full height shutters in a soft blue add colour without overwhelming the space.
Full height shutters cover the whole window in one go, giving a neat, uncluttered finish.
Made-to-measure shutters for a country-style kitchen
A kitchen or dining room with painted cabinetry and natural light, where solid shutters in pale blue echo traditional panelled woodwork.
Solid shutters give a tailored look that works well against painted or wooden kitchen surfaces.
- Available as cafe style, full height, tier on tier, shaped, solid and tracked door shutters, so most window shapes including bays can be covered.
- Part of a designer collection developed with House Beautiful.
- This range comes in a single blue colourway shown in the catalogue photos.
