Why this range
What Cacao does well
01
Built as cafe style shutters
Cut and finished as cafe style shutters for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
Chosen for real rooms
Customers most often put this range in bathroom shutters, bay window shutters, bedroom shutters — which is a better guide than any spec sheet.
03
Measured and fitted by us
One team measures, makes and installs. If something isn't right, there's nobody to pass you on to — we come back and sort it.

What Cacao is like, and where it works
Cacao is a solid shutter range from the House Beautiful collection, shown here in a pale, warm white with wide louvres. It works as full height panels on a standard window or as a tracked door shutter across bifold or patio doors, giving a tailored, plantation-shutter look throughout the home.
A soft off-white/cream finish with wide louvres, shown in a full-height configuration and as a tracked door shutter, giving a clean, tailored look with a matt painted finish.

- light oak or wood flooring
- painted woodwork and neutral walls
- upholstered headboards and simple lamps
Ideas for your home
Made-to-measure shutters for a traditional bedroom
Full height shutters sit well against a soft neutral wall behind an upholstered headboard, with a side table lamp adding warmth to the room.
The wide louvres let light be angled without losing privacy, suiting a calm bedroom setting.
Made-to-measure tracked door shutters for a garden living room
Tracked shutters fold back neatly across bifold doors onto a garden, working alongside light wood flooring and pale pink walls.
The tracked system lets tall door shutters slide open fully, keeping the doorway clear when not in use.
Made-to-measure shutters for a bay window kitchen or dining room
Shaped or full height panels can be fitted to bay windows in a kitchen or dining space, pairing with painted woodwork and simple furniture.
Solid shutter panels give a neat, furniture-like finish to awkward or bay-shaped windows.
- Available as full height, tier on tier, cafe style, shaped and tracked door shutters, so most window shapes and doors can be covered.
- An advisor measures each window in your home and gives a written price on the visit.
- Free fabric or finish samples can be posted first class before you decide.

Questions we get asked
The catalogue photos show a pale, warm off-white finish with wide louvres. The listing colour is simply labelled Default, so it's worth requesting a sample or asking your advisor to bring a swatch to confirm the exact tone in your own room's light.
Yes. Cacao is available as a tracked door shutter, which is designed for wider openings such as bifold or patio doors, folding back neatly to one side when open, as shown across the garden doors in the living room photo.
Cacao includes shaped shutters alongside the standard full height and tier on tier options, so bay windows and other non-standard shapes can be measured and made to fit during your home visit.
A local advisor visits your home with samples, measures every window precisely and quotes on the spot. Once you're happy, our fitter installs them at a time that suits you — measuring and fitting are included free.
Lead times depend on the range, fabric and any customisation. Your advisor will confirm an exact lead time at the measuring appointment so you know precisely when to expect installation.
Yes — every made-to-measure blind, shutter and motor comes with a 1-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
Yes. Pick up to 5 colours you'd like to see and your local advisor will bring those exact swatches to your free home visit so you can see and feel them in your own light. They'll also bring a full range on the day if you'd like to compare more.
