Why this range
What Russet Venetian Blinds does well
01
Built as venetian blinds
Cut and finished as venetian blinds for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
Specified, not guessed
This range is listed for waterproof blinds. If a window needs something this range can't do, your advisor will say so and show you one that can.
03
Chosen for real rooms
Customers most often put this range in children's blinds, living room blinds, dining room — which is a better guide than any spec sheet.
Style notes
What Russet Venetian Blinds is like, and where it works
A made-to-measure aluminium venetian blind in a rich russet red. Slats tilt to control light and privacy and the colour holds as a solid, even tone across the whole window. Suits rooms where you want warmth and a tailored, tidy line rather than fabric folds.
A deep russet red, plain and solid across each slat with a smooth matt finish, shown here with slim aluminium slats and a corded tilt mechanism.

- plain linen or cotton soft furnishings
Ideas for your home
Made-to-measure venetian blinds for a dining room
Works well against pale walls and wooden furniture, where the red slats give a warm focal point at the window without competing with patterned rugs or table linen.
The slat tilt allows light to be softened at mealtimes while the flat, tailored line suits a room used mainly for gathering rather than lounging.
Made-to-measure venetian blinds for a conservatory
Suits a conservatory with tiled or wooden flooring and simple furniture, where the waterproof slats stand up to the humidity and temperature swings typical of that room.
Listed as waterproof, so it is a sensible choice for a room prone to condensation and direct sun.
Made-to-measure venetian blinds for a children's bedroom
Pairs with plain or lightly patterned bedding and painted woodwork, giving a cheerful spot of colour to a otherwise neutral room.
The tagging includes children's blinds, and the tilting slats let a parent adjust light without removing the blind.
- Tagged as waterproof, which suits conservatories, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Slats tilt fully so you can control light and privacy without raising the blind.
- Available for bay, bi-fold and conservatory windows as well as standard shapes.
