How it's made
How a roller blind works
Tap a number to see what each part does, and what you'll be choosing at your appointment.
1. Roller and brackets
The fabric winds onto a tube held by two small brackets, inside the recess or on the wall above it. Which one suits your window is settled when it's measured.
Your advisor brings samples of every option to your window, so you can see and feel them before you choose.
Why this range
What Nellie Roller Blinds does well
01
Built as roller blinds
Cut and finished as roller blinds for your exact window, rather than trimmed down from a stock size. The mechanism is sized to the drop, so it hangs straight and stays that way.
02
Specified, not guessed
This range is listed for cordless blinds. If a window needs something this range can't do, your advisor will say so and show you one that can.
03
Chosen for real rooms
Customers most often put this range in bathroom blinds, children's blinds, dining room — which is a better guide than any spec sheet.

Ideas for your home
Made-to-measure roller blinds for a children's bedroom
Works well with white walls, pale wood furniture and simple bedding where you want a bit of pattern without too much colour. It also sits comfortably in shared rooms thanks to the soft monochrome palette.
The sketched elephant print adds character while keeping the overall look calm and easy to live with.
Made-to-measure roller blinds for a family kitchen
A good fit for a bright kitchen with white cabinets, light worktops and black or grey hardware, much like the room shown. The line-drawn print brings in a relaxed decorative touch without competing with clean surfaces.
Its white and grey colouring feels tidy and straightforward, so the pattern reads as playful rather than fussy.
Made-to-measure roller blinds for a playroom
Suited to light, uncluttered playrooms with painted woodwork, open shelving and a mix of neutral storage and natural textures. The print gives the window some interest while leaving the rest of the room flexible.
The animal pattern makes the blind feel friendly and informal, which suits everyday family spaces.

Questions we get asked
Nellie is a white roller blind with a Grey line-drawn animal design. The print features elephants, small flowers and scattered doodle-style details, so it feels playful but still fairly restrained because the palette stays monochrome.
It is especially easy to use in a children's bedroom or playroom, where the animal print feels at home. The simple Grey and white colouring also works in lighter family spaces such as a kitchen, dining room or conservatory.
You can ask for up to five free fabric samples to compare the Grey print and base colour at home. If you'd prefer to see it in your own room with advice, Impress Blinds can also arrange a free home appointment with measuring and a written quotation.

Lead times depend on the range, fabric and any customisation. Your advisor will confirm an exact lead time at the measuring appointment so you know precisely when to expect installation.
